Question 1 of 4

What type of cleaning do you need?

Green cleaning is our full clean done with plant-based, non-toxic goods. No harsh fumes. No strong scent left behind. It is the right choice for homes with babies, pets, or anyone whose lungs or skin react to strong sprays. The clean is the same list, done the same way — just with a gentler kit.

Apopka homes need care here, not myths. Wet air grows mildew, and well water crusts taps, and some green goods are too weak for those fights. We pick plant-based goods that do the real work, and we add elbow grease where the goods are mild. You get a home that is clean in fact, not just clean in label.

What is included

Room by room

Kitchen. We degrease with plant-based goods and hot water, and we scrub with pads and time where a strong spray would be the fast path. The sink and tap get a plant-acid mineral treatment for well-water crust. Counters are wiped and rinsed, so food goes back on a clean, bare surface. No film, no scent, no worry.

Bathrooms. Green goods can beat mildew if they are given time and a good brush. We apply, let the goods sit, then scrub grout and tile by hand. Taps and glass are de-scaled with plant-acid cleaner. The room ends fresh with no bleach smell. For a bath in rough shape, we tell you up front what green goods can and can not do.

Bedrooms. Sleep rooms gain most from the green kit. We dust with damp microfiber, so dust is trapped, not stirred. We vacuum with the HEPA filter, which holds fine dust and pollen. Beds are made with your linens. No scent sprays are used — the room smells like air and clean cloth, which is what a sleep room should smell like.

Living areas. We dust, vacuum, and mop with the mild kit. Soft chairs get a vacuum with the brush head. Sills and sliders are wiped — pollen film is a real load here in spring, and it comes off with damp cloths and care. Kids' play zones get extra wipe care on the touch spots: handles, switches, and low shelves.

Nurseries and pet zones. On request, we give crib rails, change tops, and play mats a plain soap-and-water wipe with no cleaner residue at all. Pet bowls are washed, and pet zones get an enzyme-free, scent-free clean. Tell us where the small and furry ones live, and we treat those zones with the most care in the house.

Products and tools we use

Our green kit is plant-based cleaners with full labels we can show you. Baking soda for scrubs and smells. Vinegar-based goods for glass and light mineral film — never on stone, where acid harms. A plant-acid cleaner for hard crust. Microfiber and the HEPA vacuum do much of the work with no product at all.

Plain talk on limits: green goods are mild by design. Baked oven grease or thick mildew may need more time, more passes, or — in rare cases — one strong product on one spot. If we reach that point, we ask you first. The choice is yours, each time. Most homes never need the strong pass.

Our process

Six steps, the same on each visit, so you know just what to expect.

  1. Tell us your needs. Kids, pets, asthma, skin issues, scent bans — tell us what drives the green choice. That shapes the kit and the plan. If one room can take the standard kit, that is your choice too.
  2. Get one written price. Green visits price the same as the same list with the standard kit. One clear price in writing before we start. Extra time for tough green work is scoped up front, not added at the door.
  3. We bring the green kit. All goods, cloths, and tools come with us. You can see the labels of all we use. If you keep your own green goods and want those used, set them out and tell us.
  4. Room by room, mild and thorough. We work the list top to bottom: dust with damp cloths, HEPA vacuum, green scrubs in the wet rooms, mild wash on the floors. Dwell time and brush work make up for mild goods.
  5. Wet rooms get time. Baths and the kitchen get the longest sits — goods applied early, scrubbed late. That is how green goods win on mildew and crust. We plan the order of rooms to make it work.
  6. Dry, aired, and checked. We dry all surfaces and air the home as we finish. You walk into a home that smells like clean air. Walk it with us or check the note we leave — if a spot is not right, we come back.

Green cleaning that survives Florida

It is easy to go green in a dry town. Apopka is not a dry town. Mildew grows on grout and seals. Well water crusts taps. Oak pollen coats sills each spring. A green kit that can not face those three will leave a home that looks clean on day one and fails by week two. Our kit is picked for this town's real fights.

The base of the work is not product at all. It is damp microfiber that traps dust, a HEPA vacuum that holds it, hot water, brush work, and time. Goods play a smaller role than the ads claim. That is why our green clean holds up: the method does the work, and the goods stay mild. Your home is clean, and the air in it stays sweet.

A note on prices: each home is priced on its size, its state, and how often we come. Every project is different — contact us for a free written estimate. The price we write down before the visit is the price you pay.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does green cleaning really kill germs?

Green goods clean — they lift dirt, grease, and the film germs feed on. Some plant-based goods are also rated to disinfect when used as the label says, with full dwell time. We use those on touch spots like handles and switches. If your home needs hospital-level disinfection, that is a different service, and we will say so plain rather than oversell the green kit.

Is green cleaning safe for my baby and pets?

Yes. That is the point of it. We use plant-based, non-toxic goods, and we rinse and dry surfaces when we are done. Floors are safe for crawlers and paws once dry. We use no scent sprays and no bleach. If you want a zone done with plain soap and water only — a crib or a pet bed zone — tell us and we note it in your home file.

Can green goods handle mildew and water stains?

Light to fair loads, yes, with time and brush work. Plant-acid cleaner lifts mineral crust, and green mildew goods beat fresh growth. Thick, old mildew in grout or crust built over years may need a strong pass on that one spot. We show you the spot and ask first. Many clients say yes to one spot and keep the rest of the home green.

Does green cleaning cost more?

No. The price is the price of the list — standard or deep — with the green kit. The goods cost us a bit more, but the visit is the same work. The one case that can add cost is a home in rough shape where mild goods need far more time. We scope that in writing before we start, so there are no surprises.

Will my home smell clean?

It will smell like clean air and mild soap. Green goods leave no strong scent, and we use no air sprays to fake one. Some clients miss the sharp scent they link with clean at first. What you get is the real thing: no film, no grime, no cover scent. Most clients come to like the plain smell of a clean home best.

Can I mix — green in some rooms, standard in others?

Yes. Many homes go green in the beds and nursery, and standard in the baths or the oven, where strong goods earn their place. Set the split when you book, and we note it in your home file for each visit after. The price stays the price of the list; the mix is just how we stock the caddy for your home.
