Question 1 of 4

What type of cleaning do you need?

The laundry pile is the chore that never ends. Our laundry and linen service folds it into your cleaning visit. We wash, dry, fold, and put away your clothes and linens while we clean the home. You come back to a clean house and empty baskets. For busy Apopka homes, it is the add-on that changes the week.

The service runs on your machines, in your home, during a booked clean. Sheets and towels are the core of it — fresh beds and stocked baths — but clothes loads fit too. We sort, wash, dry, and fold with care for your fabrics, and we note your likes in your home file: water temps, fold style, and what never goes in the dryer.

What is included

Room by room

Bedrooms. Beds are stripped, and the sheets go in the wash first, so they are done by the end of the visit. Beds are remade with fresh sets — yours, from your linen shelf — with corners neat. Clothes from chairs and floors (the famous chair pile) are sorted to the wash or back to drawers, per your choice at setup.

Bathrooms. Towels, mats, and washcloths are washed, dried, and folded, then restocked where they live. Bath towels are folded the same way each visit, so the shelf looks set, not stuffed. A fresh mat goes down on the clean floor. The bath leaves the visit feeling like a hotel reset, each time.

Laundry room. This is our work base for the visit. Loads run in a set order: sheets first, then towels, then clothes by color and fabric. We keep the room tidy as we go, clear the lint trap each load, and wipe the tops of the machines. If a machine acts up — a leak, a noise, no heat — we stop and tell you at once.

Kitchen linens. Dish towels, cloths, and oven mitts take a beating and hold smells. They get their own hot wash as part of the visit. Fresh sets go out, and the used ones come back washed. It is a small part of the service that clients name often — a kitchen with fresh cloths feels clean in a way guests can sense.

Whole-home put-away. Folded clothes go to the right drawers and shelves, kids' things to kids' rooms. We follow the map you set at the first visit. If we are not sure where a thing lives, we leave it folded on the bed rather than guess wrong. Your home file gains the map over time, and put-away gets faster each visit.

Products and tools we use

We use your soap and goods, or ours — your choice at setup. Many homes keep a mild, scent-free soap for skin that reacts; we use what is on your shelf by default. If we bring the soap, it is a plain, mild wash that rinses clean. Stain sprays are used on spots we find, with your leave. Delicate and dry-clean-only items are never washed — we set them aside and note them.

Your machines set the pace. A standard washer and dryer can run three to four loads in a long visit. Homes with big piles can book the service with a deep clean to buy more machine time, or split the pile across the rhythm visits. We scope the loads when we quote, so the plan fits the visit length.

Our process

Six steps, the same on each visit, so you know just what to expect.

  1. Add it to a booked clean. Laundry runs inside a standard or deep visit, so the machines work while we clean. Tell us the pile size when you book, and we scope the visit length to fit the loads.
  2. Set your rules once. At the first visit we note your map: soap, temps, what never sees the dryer, fold style, and where things live. That goes in your home file. You never need to brief us again.
  3. Sheets and towels first. We strip the beds and start the first load as soon as we arrive. Linens lead, since beds must be remade before we leave. Towels run next, then clothes by sort.
  4. Wash, dry, fold — all visit long. Loads cycle while we clean the home. Each dry load is folded at once, not left to wrinkle in the basket. Hang-dry items go on your rack or hangers where you keep them.
  5. Put away and remake. Beds are remade with fresh sheets. Towels are restocked. Folded clothes go to their drawers and shelves. The laundry room is left tidy, traps cleared.
  6. Note and report. If a load had a stain that did not lift, a sock with no mate, or a machine that acted up, we note it for you. No silent shrugs — you hear what we found, each visit.

Laundry in a busy, sandy town

Apopka life makes laundry fast. Springs trips, lake days, sports kits, and yard work in the heat — clothes and towels cycle hard here. Add the sand that comes home in each cuff and towel, and the pile grows faster than in most towns. A service that ties the wash to the clean makes that pile a solved thing, week by week.

Sheets are the quiet win. Fresh sheets each rhythm visit is a small luxury that clients rank high once they have it. Towels too: thick Florida air makes towels go stale fast, and a hot wash on a set rhythm keeps them fresh. The pile stops being a chore you owe and turns into a thing that is just done.

A note on prices: each home is priced on its size, its state, and how often we come. Every project is different — contact us for a free written estimate. The price we write down before the visit is the price you pay.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many loads fit in one visit?

Most visits fit three to four loads, run back to back while we clean. The first load starts when we walk in, so machine time is used in full. Big piles can book with a deep clean for a longer visit, or we can set a plan to clear the pile over two visits and then hold it with the rhythm. We scope it when you book.

Do you use my soap or bring your own?

Your choice. Most homes have us use the soap on their shelf — it is the scent and mix their skin knows. If you run out or want us to supply it, we bring a mild, plain wash. Note your choice once and it goes in your home file. The same goes for dryer sheets or wool balls: we use what you keep.

What about delicate clothes or dry-clean items?

We do not wash dry-clean-only items, ever. They get set aside, noted, and left for you. Delicate washables — silk, wool, lace — are washed cold and gentle or set aside, per the rules you set at the first visit. When in doubt, our team sets the item aside. We would rather skip a piece than harm it.

Will you put the clothes away too?

Yes. Put-away is part of the service. We follow the map from your first visit: who gets which drawer, where the linens live, how you fold. Items we can not place with faith are left folded on the bed. Over a few visits the map fills in, and near all of it lands in the right spot each time.

Can laundry be a stand-alone visit?

The service is built to run inside a cleaning visit, since the machines need time and our team is in the home to cycle the loads. If your home is on a rhythm plan, laundry is an easy add to each visit. For a one-time pile rescue, book it with a standard clean — the home and the laundry both leave the day in great shape.

What if a stain does not come out?

We treat spots we find with stain spray before the wash, with your leave. Some stains — set dye, old grease, rust — may not lift in full. We note any that stay, on the item, so you are not left to find them at the drawer. We never bleach or use strong goods on your clothes without asking first. Your fabrics, your choice.
